Diagrams or process menus are deliberately simple - NOT because we think your
business is simple, but because we don't believe that business should be MYSTIFIED.
Marketing is a whole organisation  activity, Business Planning is not a third-party  
exercise by academics or accountants! Developing People & Organisations
is not all 'touchy feely'. Yes, we think there is a lot of science, resourcefulness and
experience we can bring to the party - to work with you and add value. 
It is difficult to preserve confidentiality and offer detailed case studies - but talk to us
about your problems and we will give you candid replies about our salience and relevance.

We have many ways of working with clients. 
If there is an appropriate subsidy to attract from anywhere we will help you get it. 
Consultancy , Projects & 'Step-In' Management: 
1) A fixed 'terms of reference' including a timescale. An agreed fee with no surprises.
2) Time Based - but probably with frequent review. Generally this works best after we 
know each other very well. 
Outsourced Services - The Bolt-On department: 
3) A mixture of time plus expenses and even some results-driven elements ! 
A Responsible 'Non-Exec ':
4) A retainer reviewed every 5 months.
